I’m adding a book and writing section.
After, oh, about 10 years in the blog-o-sphere and three blog incarnations, I thought I’d… don’t faint, now… try to follow…
I can’t quite believe it myself.
So I’m going to let you in on the plan…
Tuesdays I plan to post a project, recipe or my ongoing Montessori toddler stuff. If I end up with enough content on any one of those areas, I might start posting on Wednesdays too.
Right now, Wednesdays I will post as needed. Today, I needed.
Thursdays will be my books and writing posts. Mostly books. I plan to review books I like, mostly by other indie authors. I don’t plan to become a book blog, and I won’t be accepting review copies, just reviewing books I read and like.
Fridays will be my weekly photo roundup. This might be my instagrams from the week, or a favorite art pic, or something along those lines.
And I think that’s quite enough for right now. Ambitious maybe, considering I’m about to start National Novel Writing Month a week from tonight (well,
technically a week from tomorrow, but a 12am on the 1st).
As part of this new books and writing feature I will host the occasional blog tour for authors I really, really like, and S.M. Boyce is definitely one of those. Her blog tour is stopping here on November 8th (See, I’m even scheduling AHEAD! I want brownie points, people, like big time). In preparation for that, I’ll be posting a review of her first book, Lichgates, on Nov 1st, and then on the 8th, I’ll be sharing my impressions of the awesomeness that is Treason, Book 2 of the Grimoire Trilogy.
And come back tomorrow for my review of Island of Fog, a middle grade fantasy adventure well worth checking out.
