Dear Diary, today was a good day.
I started cheese by pouring kefir into butter muslin, tying it up, and hanging it over a bowl to drain for 24 hours… I’ll let you know how this turns out. I’m going to try a soft cheese turned into a spread before I try anything more complicated.

And I made bread from a new recipe that I found in Mary Jane’s Farm magazine that if the Husband likes it, may end up being my new staple bread. It’s honey wheat and yummy.
And now, dear diary, I’m going to bed. I sure hope no one ever reads these private conversations we have. Good night.
Welcome to wayfaring artist, tales from an every-day artist! I find art in everyday living through a variety of mediums and from a variety of sources, and not usually what you might think. I hope you'll join me in discovering the every-day art of our lives :-)
